We will happily replace a broken item if notified within 30 days of purchase, however refunds are subject to our terms and conditions.

Returns may be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping is non-refundable.

Products must be in 100% resellable condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and components.

Software, video tapes and dvd's, may not be returned once opened.
If defective they will be exchanged for the same title.

We will exchange broken items but may require the broken item to be returned.
