Tallahassee is a great airport to fly to, the approach is over a wide area of trees, the airport carved into a clearing when viewed on the approach to runway 36 from the south.

In the distance is the buildings of downtown Tallahassee.

Taxying in you can see a colorful murial on the side of a building. Parking is close to the fbo, and inside is an inviting building which is a pleasure to arrive at.

The pilot and crew lounge is extremely relaxing, four leather recliners facing a tv and video. It would be easy to fall asleep in those chairs after a flight !

Next to the room with the chairs, is another room for crew with a pool table, a large picture of the world on the wall behind.

Outside is offered coffee, and on occasion cookies too. It's nice touches like that, that make's Flightline come to mind when you are considering somewhere to fly to.

The crew briefing room is private, and has computers with weather radar images, and text weather reports. Inside the room are also a number of telephones for calling flight service and filing a flight plan.

The main area is almost cozy, with a display case tastefully arranged with a good selection of items to purchase.

The building layout is good, and allows for a seating area looking out onto the ramp. This makes a great area for passengers or persons meeting flights to wait. On the walls are aviation paintings, which themselves can be purchased.

Over hanging the main area is a Piper Cub, showing the airframe structure.
