Undeliverable or Refused Deliveries
If a package is returned as undeliverable for any reason, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges, and charges to reship the order or a restocking fee (15%).
If you refuse a package, we will hold the item for 30 days for you to arrange collection. If refunded, we refund the item purchase price (if in perfect condition) minus round trip shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. If additional fees are charged as a result of your actions, we reserve the right to charge them to your credit card at a later date.
