P-51 Mustang Christmas Ornament

P-51 Mustang Christmas Ornament
This Christmas ornament shows two P-51 Mustang airplanes, one in flight and one on the ground.

The first prototype of the P-51 Mustang was built in 1940.

The ornament also features a portion of a poem by Gill Rob Wilson, an aviation poet and founder of the Civil Air Patrol;

Our fathers had read the book!
"Oh, say, can you see, by the dawn's early light..."
they sang with freedom at their backs
as they set compass west to possess a cradle for the dreams of their children.

The artwork is by the world renowned aviation artist Warren Green and is a third limited edition.

The ornament is 3.25" in diameter and comes packaged in a decorative display box which is perfect for gift giving to business associates, aviation enthusiasts, and friends.
Price: $7.50
