The Navy's Naval Strike Air Warfare Centre or NSAWC, also known as "Top Gun" is tasked with the training and tactic development as well as several other duties. This aircraft was produced in 1994 as 94624 delivered to the Pakistan Air Force. Later the aircraft went to AMARC in September 2002 and then in December 2002 it went to NSAWC as Bort 04.

Why Lockheed?
Designed by General Dynamics as a lightweight, daytime USAF air-combat fighter, the F-16 was first flown on January 20th, 1974. In 1993, General Dynamics sold its aircraft manufacturing business to Lockheed which became part of Lockheed Martion after a 1995 merger with Martin Marietta.

Called "Viper" by its pilots, the F-16 is considered one of the most successful aircraft designs of the Cold War, with 4,400+ aircraft built since 1976.
