VERY EXCITING COMBO!

When COVID first hit and the lockdowns were in full effect last year, the NAVY "Blue Angels" and the USAF "Thunderbirds" decided to get together in April of 2020 for a bunch of fly-overs “to thank first responders, essential personnel, and military service members as we collectively battle the spread of COVID-19” as they put it.

Squadron Flight Shop made a set of patches for them to commemorate this unique event, and now we have a few left over we want to pass on to you.

The patch with the gold and the silver border went to the pilots directly, the other to the rest of the crew and their team members. The ones with the #1 plane (left) being a Blues went to the Blue Angels, the one with the #1 plane being a T-Bird went to the Thunderbirds.

The Thunderbirds even had "In This Together" displayed on their bottom tail fins.
