All items will be shipped as standard mail via USPS or UPS. We usually ship our items within 3 workdays of receipt of your order. Should there be a delay, we will notify you per the email you provided (Please make sure you give us the right email!). Please keep in mind that this is a website for aviators, run BY aviators so occasional a weather or layover delay could keep us from getting back to the office now and then. The total shipping time depends on your location. In 99% of all cases the mailing will reach you in 1 to 2 weeks. In the unlikely event that you haven't received your order after two weeks, please be patient for another couple of days, because even if you contact us, there is no way we can speed things up. But so far, in all our business history, there has never been a case of a lost parcel. However, we will provide tracking info when your package leaves our warehouse which will be sent to the email address you provided.
Shipping and handling costs
We charge no handling fee and offer almost free shipping (only $0.99USD!) for orders of $60.00 USD or more! For all other orders, we have to add the shipping cost to the total amount of your order. Here is a list of the postage, depending on the order total:

The bottom line is we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, for any reason, send it back. We will refund your money (total purchase price plus original shipping cost). Please do so within 7 days of receipt. And, by all means, let us know why you were dissatisfied. We do not refund shipping costs on refund/exchanges unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs, please contact us ASAP. The returned product should be in its original condition or as close to it as possible. T-shirts and clothing must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Original tags must still be attached. Pack your item(s) in a shipping box or envelope and insure your package to the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Until we have all bugs from the re-launch worked out, we currently only ship to Canada. Items will ship USPS so please expect a few extra days for delivery, especially for the Northern Territories.

All orders can be cancelled for 100% refund prior to the time it has been prepared for shipment. Once an order has been prepared for shipment returns and exchanges must be completed according to our policy. We currently do not accept any returns nor give a money back guarantee on international shipments.
