On this patch we know a lot about the history since we got to be part of that Helitanker crew during the 2015 fire season. The official name of the patch was "Smokey Sunset over Lake Chelan" and the other image shows why and where the idea came from. It was conceived during the largest wild fire in Washington State history to date. The aircraft was N247AC, hence the name "Team 24/seven".
There are not may Skycrane patches around we found so we are looking forward to making more.
